Skull Base Surgery hosts some special visitors!
Yesterday, our rhinology Dream Team was lucky enough to host a few students from Hutchison School right here in Memphis, TN.
Led by our Director of Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery, Dr. Sanjeet Rangarajan, two precocious students got a special tour of UTHSC. These future stars explored the operating room, outpatient clinic, and observed a voice box evaluation (i.e. diagnostic laryngoscopy).
As a bonus, the Hutchison students participated in a roundtable luncheon with Dr. Rangarajan, a rhinology resident, and accompanying staff of nurses and physicians’ assistants.
As an academic institution, we take pride in these opportunities. It’s a joy and a calling to engage such bright young minds in our community. We hope these Hutchison School girls had an unforgettable experience–we sure did!
