A renowned member of our ENT department, Dr. Sheyn was recently named Chair of Otolaryngology at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. Though he was raised in America, Dr. Sheyn was born in the Ukraine and immigrated at age 7.

Inspired by the tragedy unfolding in his home country, Dr. Sheyn has offered ongoing telehealth services to Ukrainian children.

“As large as that country is, there is a big need to help those kids. Unfortunately disease, such as cancer, doesn’t stop for wars.”
