Since February is the official “Kids ENT month,” we’re thrilled to feature a member of our Pediatrics Dream Team, Dr. Anthony Sheyn!

Fellowship-trained in pediatric otolaryngology, Dr. Sheyn is one of the premiere pediatric ENT doctors in the country. He works in collaboration with Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital and St. Jude, often focusing on head and neck cancer among children.

The team includes seven board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologists, two board-certified nurse practitioners at Le Bonheur and at St. Jude, as well as audiologists and speech-language pathologists at both institutions.

World Class Treatment: What Makes Dr. Sheyn Different?

Simply put: Dr. Anthony Sheyn is one of the leading pediatric thyroid and head and neck cancer specialists in the country, working collaboratively with the world-renowned teams at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital.

He is also focused on caring for children with all forms of head and neck malignant and benign tumors including neck masses, jaw tumors, and nasal/sinus tumors. Always on the cutting edge of treatment, Dr. Sheyn recently co-authored the newly released guidelines on the management of well-differentiated thyroid carcinoma along with experts from across the country.

Importantly, he is also focused on working with the Le Bonheur Cystic Fibrosis team, Allergy and Immunology and Sleep Physicians in providing advanced level care for these patients. Due to these collaborations, the patients can see the majority of their physicians during one visit rather than traveling to multiple different doctor offices.
